Soft Orange Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A pinch of salt.
02 - 200 g of flour.
03 - 150 g of softened butter.
04 - 3 eggs.
05 - 150 g of sugar.
06 - 1 packet of baking powder.
07 - 150 ml of orange juice.
08 - Zest from 2 oranges.
09 - Powdered sugar for topping (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C and grease a 20 cm cake pan.
02 - Whisk together the butter and sugar until the texture becomes airy and creamy.
03 - Stir in the eggs one by one, making sure to mix well after each.
04 - Mix in the orange juice and zest thoroughly.
05 - In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold it into the wet ingredients.
06 - Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
07 - Cool for 10 minutes, remove from the pan, and sprinkle powdered sugar on top if you like.
