Heat up a large pan on medium and cook the ground meat till it’s all browned.

Mix the milk (or alternative) and cream soup into the pan. Stir until everything’s combined well.

Sprinkle in your favorite seasonings. Stir to make sure the flavors are spread out evenly.

Sprinkle cheese on the top, let it melt down, then it’s ready to eat.
