No-Bake Ritz (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz chocolate, cut into pieces.
02 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar (60g).
03 - 60 Ritz crackers.
04 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter (250g).
05 - Optional: sprinkles for decorating.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together sugar and peanut butter till it’s creamy.
02 - Lay 30 crackers on a pan with parchment paper.
03 - Spoon 2 tablespoons of peanut filling on each cracker.
04 - Place another cracker on top and press down lightly.
05 - Pop them into the freezer for about 15 to 20 minutes while you melt the chocolate.
06 - Microwave chocolate—30 seconds, stir, repeat till fully melted.
07 - Line another pan with new parchment paper.
08 - Dip half the chilled cracker sandwiches in the chocolate, letting extra drip off.
09 - Place on the lined pan and, if you’re using sprinkles, sprinkle them now.
10 - Dip the rest, decorate, then chill them for 45 to 60 minutes until firm.

# Notes:

01 - Store up to 7 days in a container at room temperature or in the fridge.
02 - They’ll last for 3 months frozen—put paper between layers.
