Pistachio truffles no bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2.5 tablespoons of pistachio butter.
02 - 50 g of crushed pistachios.
03 - 60 g of lactose-free cream cheese.
04 - 150 g of golden Oreo cookies.
05 - 200 g of white chocolate without lactose.
06 - Crushed pistachios for garnishing.

# Instructions:

01 - Crush the cookies until they’re crumbly, and then mix those with the powdered pistachios.
02 - Mix in the cream cheese along with the pistachio butter to bring everything together into a dough.
03 - Roll the mixture into 20-gram balls, place sticks in them, and freeze for about 25 minutes.
04 - Dip the frozen balls into melted white chocolate combined with a bit of pistachio butter.
05 - Sprinkle the balls with crushed pistachios before popping them in the freezer to set for 5-10 minutes.

01 - A lactose-free twist on classic truffles.
02 - Store them chilled in a fridge for a few days.
