Cheese Mustard Biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
02 - 1 egg yolk.
03 - 3 tablespoons of grainy mustard.
04 - 110g of soft butter.
05 - 125g of grated Comté cheese.
06 - 1 teaspoon of sugar.
07 - 150g of flour.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine soft butter, cheese, mustard, and egg yolk. Toss in the salt, sugar, and flour, then knead everything into a dough.
02 - Wrap the dough tightly in plastic wrap and pop it into the fridge for 2 hours.
03 - Roll out the dough and cut it into rectangles about 5-6 cm long and 2-3 cm wide.
04 - Bake at 190°C (fan setting) or 200°C for about 13-15 minutes until golden brown.
05 - Set the biscuits on a wire rack to cool down before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps fresh for 1 week in an airtight container.
02 - Dough can be frozen for later use.
