Mississippi Smokies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 stick (1/2 cup) of unsalted butter, sliced into pieces.
02 - 1 ounce packet of ranch mix.
03 - 6 whole pepperoncini peppers.
04 - 1/4 cup pepperoncini brine.
05 - 28 oz little smokies sausage pack.
06 - 1 ounce packet of au jus gravy mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Place the smokies inside your slow cooker (6-quart size).
02 - Drizzle the pepperoncini brine over the top.
03 - Sprinkle both the au jus gravy and ranch packets evenly over everything.
04 - Layer the butter slices and pepperoncini peppers on top.
05 - Cover and let it cook on the low setting for about 2-3 hours.
06 - Give it a stir to combine everything before serving.
