Set your oven to 325°F. Lightly coat a 9x13 baking dish with a bit of grease.

In the dish, throw in the potatoes, bacon, onions, cheese, and the garlic.

Stir the mayonnaise into the mixture, making sure everything's nicely coated.

Pop it in the oven for an hour and a half, or until the potatoes soften and the top turns golden.
