Mississippi potato gratin (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of crumbled cooked bacon.
02 - 6 cups of diced potatoes, peeled.
03 - 1/2 cup of chopped onions.
04 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - 3 teaspoons of minced garlic.
06 - 3/4 cup of mayonnaise.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F. Lightly coat a 9x13 baking dish with a bit of grease.
02 - In the dish, throw in the potatoes, bacon, onions, cheese, and the garlic.
03 - Stir the mayonnaise into the mixture, making sure everything's nicely coated.
04 - Pop it in the oven for an hour and a half, or until the potatoes soften and the top turns golden.
05 - Dish it up while it's still warm, straight from the oven.
