Mint Chocolate Chip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup whole milk
02 - 3/4 cup heavy cream
03 - 1/3 cup white sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened

→ Flavorings

05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips for mixing in
07 - Green food dye (optional)
08 - 1 teaspoon mint flavoring

# Instructions:

01 - Put cream cheese in a safe, microwavable bowl and heat for 10 seconds. Mix in sugar and mint flavoring with a whisk for about a minute until smooth, like spreadable frosting.
02 - Slowly add milk, heavy cream, and food dye if using. Stir well until everything is fully mixed and the sugar's completely dissolved.
03 - Pour the prepared mixture into the CREAMi™ Pint container. Seal with the lid and place in the freezer for a full day (24 hours).
04 - Take the pint out of the freezer, remove the lid, and set it in the outer bowl. Attach the Creamerizer™ Paddle to the lid, lock it in place, and secure onto the base. Pick the ICE CREAM function.
05 - Create a narrow hole at the center of your softened ice cream, about 1½ inches wide. Drop in the mini chocolate chips, then run the MIX-IN feature.
06 - Take the finished ice cream out of the container. Scoop into bowls and enjoy right away with your favorite toppings.
