Cheesy baked ziti dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup sour cream.
02 - 1 cup ricotta cheese.
03 - 1 lb ground beef.
04 - 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce.
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
07 - 1 lb ziti pasta.
08 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
09 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella (split in half).
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.
11 - Fresh basil for topping (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 pan.
02 - Cook ziti in boiling water as per package directions until slightly firm. Drain and set it aside.
03 - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir in garlic for a couple of minutes. Add the ground beef and brown, then drain the extra grease. Pour in marinara and let it simmer 5 minutes.
04 - Mix sour cream, ricotta, and half of the shredded mozzarella in a bowl until blended.
05 - Layer half of the cooked pasta in the dish. Spread the cheese mixture over it, followed by the rest of the pasta. Top everything with the meat sauce, remaining mozzarella, and parmesan.
06 - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then, take off the foil and bake 10-15 more minutes till the cheese is bubbly and melted.
07 - Top it with fresh basil if you'd like, and enjoy while it's hot.
