Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your cake pan so the cake won’t stick.

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in one bowl. Stir together butter, sugar, yogurt, milk, rose syrup, and vanilla in another. Blend both mixtures.

Once mixed, pour the batter into your prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes and allow it to cool after.

Stir together the condensed milk, whole milk, heavy cream, and rose syrup until smooth.

Use something to make little holes all over the cooled cake. Evenly pour the milk blend and let sit in the fridge for an hour.

Cover the cake with whipped cream, then sprinkle chopped pistachios and rose petals on top. Slice and dig in!
