Milk Rose Cake Joy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake

01 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
02 - 1 tbsp rose syrup (Rooh Afza)
03 - 1/2 cup melted butter, unsalted
04 - 1/2 cup yogurt
05 - 3/4 cup white sugar
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
08 - 1 tsp baking powder
09 - 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
10 - 1/4 tsp salt

→ Milk Blend

11 - 1 tbsp rose syrup
12 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
13 - 1/2 cup condensed milk
14 - 1/2 cup whole milk

→ Garnish

15 - 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
16 - 1 tbsp dried rose petals
17 - 1 cup whipped cream

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your cake pan so the cake won’t stick.
02 - Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in one bowl. Stir together butter, sugar, yogurt, milk, rose syrup, and vanilla in another. Blend both mixtures.
03 - Once mixed, pour the batter into your prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes and allow it to cool after.
04 - Stir together the condensed milk, whole milk, heavy cream, and rose syrup until smooth.
05 - Use something to make little holes all over the cooled cake. Evenly pour the milk blend and let sit in the fridge for an hour.
06 - Cover the cake with whipped cream, then sprinkle chopped pistachios and rose petals on top. Slice and dig in!
