Turkey zucchini meatloaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds ground turkey
02 - 1 cup (250 ml) shredded zucchini
03 - 1/2 cup (125 ml) panko breadcrumbs
04 - 1/4 cup (65 ml) milk
05 - 2 beaten eggs
06 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
10 - 2 teaspoons onion powder
11 - 1 teaspoon salt
12 - 1 cup (250 ml) crumbled feta cheese
13 - 1 cup (250 ml) marina sauce, separated

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and let it warm up.
02 - Stir together the breadcrumbs with milk in a big bowl until it turns into a paste.
03 - Combine the turkey, eggs, seasonings, Worcestershire sauce, feta, zucchini, and half the marinara sauce with the breadcrumb paste. Mix it all well.
04 - Line a baking sheet with greased foil and shape the meat mixture into a loaf.
05 - Take the leftover marinara sauce and smear it on top of the loaf.
06 - Bake in the oven for an hour and 15 minutes (1h 15m).
07 - Let it sit for 5 minutes to cool before slicing it up.
