Gently stir the crab meat and breadcrumbs in a large mixing bowl.

Whisk together egg, mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, lemon juice, Old Bay, plus a dash of salt and pepper in a separate bowl.

Carefully blend the creamy mixture into the crab and breadcrumb mix.

Create 6-8 patties, around 1.5 cm thick and 3 inches across. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Brown the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.

Let them drain on paper towels. Enjoy warm with lemon wedges and a dollop of mayonnaise.
