Creamy chicken pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Layer

01 - Four skinless, boneless chicken breasts
02 - Half a kilo of penne pasta (or rigatoni, fettuccine)

→ Creamy Sauce

03 - 60 grams of butter
04 - A small handful of minced garlic (4 cloves)
05 - 2 tbsp of plain flour
06 - One cup of chicken broth (250ml)
07 - 250ml heavy cream
08 - 100 grams grated parmesan cheese
09 - 100 grams sun-dried tomatoes

→ Seasonings and Add-Ons

10 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
11 - A dash of paprika (1 tsp)
12 - Salt and black pepper
13 - 2 tbsp olive oil
14 - Fresh basil leaves for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Dice the chicken into pieces, season them with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden brown.
02 - Melt the butter and toss in the garlic and flour. Whisk in the cream and chicken broth while stirring constantly. Stir in parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and the spices.
03 - Prepare the pasta in salted, boiling water as instructed on the package until it's al dente.
04 - Combine the cooked pasta and chicken with the creamy sauce. Sprinkle fresh basil on top before serving.
