Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk them, then add maple sugar and milk. Stir until smooth.

Put a frying pan over medium heat and melt about 15 ml of butter. Lay the soaked baguette slices in the pan. Cover and cook one side until golden, flip them over, and cook the other side until both are browned nicely.

Melt 50 g of butter and warm the maple syrup together.
