Creamy garlic lobster (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 lobster tails.
02 - 4 tablespoons of butter.
03 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
04 - 1½ cups heavy cream.
05 - ½ cup grated parmesan cheese.
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 220°C and let it heat up.
02 - Slice the shell at the top, lifting the meat but leaving it connected at the bottom.
03 - Brush the lobster tails with melted butter, then sprinkle with pepper and salt.
04 - Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the meat becomes firm and opaque.
05 - Cook garlic in butter, pour in cream, and whisk in parmesan cheese. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
06 - Pour the sauce over the lobster, sprinkle parsley on top, and serve it warm.
