Lobster and Scallops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lobster tails halved.
02 - 8 large sea scallops.
03 - 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
04 - 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
05 - A quarter cup of fresh parsley, minced.
06 - 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.
08 - Lemon wedges for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - On medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes until it smells amazing.
02 - Place the lobster tails shell-side down and cook for 5-6 minutes, spooning garlic butter over them as they cook.
03 - In the same pan, cook the scallops for about 2-3 minutes per side until they get a nice golden crust.
04 - Drizzle lemon juice over everything, then sprinkle parsley, salt, and pepper.
05 - Serve it hot alongside fresh lemon wedges.
