The Best Lobster Tail (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 lobster tails.
02 - Melted butter, 1/4 cup.
03 - Minced garlic, 3 cloves.
04 - Chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon.
05 - Minced rosemary, 1 teaspoon.
06 - Minced thyme, 1 teaspoon.
07 - Sprinkle of salt and pepper.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the broiler or set the oven to 500°F.
02 - Cut along the top of each tail with scissors, pull meat upward, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
03 - Combine the butter, garlic, herbs, and paprika in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
04 - Coat each tail with the butter and herb mixture generously.
05 - Cook for 8-10 minutes under the broiler until the meat turns white and gets a light golden color.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best if eaten right after cooking.
02 - Serve with extra warm melted butter if you like.
03 - Keep an eye on it while it's broiling.
