Lobster filled bread (Print Version)

2 tablespoons of mayo

906 g of freshly boiled lobster meat, peeled and chopped

Juice from a quarter of a lemon

6 steamed hot dog buns

A half stalk of celery, finely diced

Salt and pepper to your taste
# Instructions:

Get the boiled lobster meat, peel it and chop it nicely. Toss it into a mixing bowl.

Add the diced celery, mayo, and lemon juice into the bowl with the lobster. Stir it all up, then season with as much salt and pepper as you like.

Stuff each warm hot dog bun with the lobster mix. Dig in right away!
