Chilled Mango Lime Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups of frozen mango pieces
02 - ¼ cup of maple syrup or other sweet syrup

→ Add-ins

03 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
04 - A pinch of kosher salt
05 - Mint leaves for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Throw frozen mango into a processor and blend until it's in small pieces
02 - Toss in the syrup, lime juice, and salt. Scrape the sides when needed
03 - Keep blending for a minute or more until silky. Scrape the sides as you go
04 - Eat right away or freeze in a sealed container. If frozen, let it sit out for 10–15 minutes before eating

01 - Keeps well in the freezer for up to 14 days
02 - Needs a short thaw before serving if stored frozen
03 - You can switch up the sweetener to your liking
