Throw frozen mango into a processor and blend until it's in small pieces

Toss in the syrup, lime juice, and salt. Scrape the sides when needed

Keep blending for a minute or more until silky. Scrape the sides as you go

Eat right away or freeze in a sealed container. If frozen, let it sit out for 10–15 minutes before eating
