# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter.
02 - 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers.
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 16 ounces softened cream cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup sugar.
06 - Zest from one lime.
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice.
08 - 2 large eggs.
09 - 1 cup fresh blueberries.
10 - Whipped cream for topping.
11 - Extra blueberries for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 325°F and get your cupcake pan ready by lining it.
02 - Combine the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press this into the cupcake liners firmly.
03 - Mix the cream cheese and sugar until the texture is smooth. Stir in the eggs, lime zest, and juice. Gently fold in the blueberries. Fill the liners about three-quarters full.
04 - Bake for around 20 to 25 minutes, making sure the center is set. Let everything cool in the pan before moving on.
05 - Pop the cupcakes into the fridge and let them chill for at least 2 hours.
06 - Finish them off with whipped cream and some extra blueberries on top.
