Set the oven to 325°F and get your cupcake pan ready by lining it.

Combine the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press this into the cupcake liners firmly.

Mix the cream cheese and sugar until the texture is smooth. Stir in the eggs, lime zest, and juice. Gently fold in the blueberries. Fill the liners about three-quarters full.

Bake for around 20 to 25 minutes, making sure the center is set. Let everything cool in the pan before moving on.

Pop the cupcakes into the fridge and let them chill for at least 2 hours.

Finish them off with whipped cream and some extra blueberries on top.
