Lemon Garlic Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Protein

01 - 4 center-cut salmon fillets, fresh and ready to cook

→ Sauce Ingredients

02 - Juice from 2 large lemons, about 1/3 cup
03 - 1 room-temperature cup of heavy cream
04 - 1/4 cup of butter, unsalted
05 - 4 finely chopped garlic cloves

→ Flavor Boosters & Garnish

06 - A couple of tablespoons of olive oil
07 - Freshly ground black pepper and sea salt, adjust to your taste
08 - 2 tablespoons of freshly minced parsley
09 - Slices of lemon for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease your baking dish lightly with olive oil so nothing sticks during cooking.
02 - Lay the salmon fillets flat in the dish and coat them evenly with black pepper and sea salt. This keeps the flavors simple but tasty.
03 - Heat olive oil over medium heat in a small pot. Toss in the chopped garlic and stir for about a minute until it smells irresistibly good.
04 - Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and butter. Let this mixture gently bubble on low heat while stirring now and then, until it thickens slightly into a smooth, creamy texture.
05 - Generously pour the creamy goodness over each salmon fillet so all the pieces are bathed in sauce.
06 - Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a fork slides easily into the salmon and it stays moist yet flaky.
07 - Sprinkle chopped parsley on top of the finished dish, and arrange lemon slices for a pop of color and brightness. Serve while warm, and enjoy the creamy goodness.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes amazing alongside roasted veggies or steamed greens like asparagus
02 - Let your salmon sit at room temperature before cooking for the best texture
