Leftover Turkey Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of stuffing.
02 - 1 1/2 cups of shredded turkey.
03 - 2 cups mashed potatoes.
04 - 3/4 cup of cranberry sauce.
05 - 1 cup cooked corn.
06 - 1 cup of turkey gravy.
07 - 2 tablespoons milk.
08 - A drizzle of chicken broth or melted butter to your taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up.
02 - Combine cranberry sauce with turkey, spreading them in a square 8x8 baking pan.
03 - Spoon mashed potatoes over the turkey and smooth it out evenly.
04 - Scatter the corn evenly across the potato layer.
05 - Stir milk into the gravy and drizzle it over the potatoes and corn.
06 - Spread the stuffing over the top in an even layer.
07 - Sprinkle a bit of broth or melted butter on top to keep the stuffing soft.
08 - Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until it's hot and bubbling.
09 - Dish it out while warm and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Switch it up by using rice instead of potatoes or mix in other leftovers like peas or carrots.
02 - If you're out of stuffing, croutons or breadcrumbs can add a crispy texture.
