Leek bacon bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 leeks.
02 - 150 g of smoked bacon bits.
03 - 3 eggs.
04 - 100 g of flour.
05 - 20 cl of liquid cream.
06 - 150 g of milk.
07 - 50 g of grated cheese.
08 - A pinch of nutmeg.
09 - Butter for greasing the dish.
10 - Salt.
11 - Pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the leeks, boil them for 5-7 minutes, then drain well.
02 - Brown the bacon bits in a frying pan, then set them aside.
03 - Whisk together the eggs, cream, milk, flour, grated cheese, nutmeg, a pinch of salt, and some pepper.
04 - Grease the baking dish, lay out the leeks and bacon, then pour the mixture on top.
05 - Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°C, until the top is golden brown.
