Festive layered salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 2 cooked carrots
02 - 1 cooked beetroot
03 - 2 boiled potatoes

→ Seafood

04 - Half a marinated herring fillet

→ Dairy products

05 - One jar of mayo

→ Other essentials

06 - 1 onion
07 - 2 hard-boiled eggs

# Instructions:

01 - Start by grating the cooked beet, potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, and cooked carrots.
02 - Dice the herring into small bits and finely chop the onion.
03 - Layer grated potatoes at the base of a bowl and spread mayo over it. Next, add layers in this order: diced herring, chopped onion, more mayo, grated eggs, carrots, and beet. Cover everything with a final layer of mayo.
04 - Swap the herring for smoked salmon if that’s more your style.
05 - Dish out in a serving bowl or plate it individually using a round mold for a neat look.

# Notes:

01 - If smoked salmon suits your taste better, use that instead of the marinated herring.
