Layered Burrito Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 1 lb of ground beef

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 chopped small onion

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 packet of taco seasoning mix

→ Canned Goods

04 - 1 tin of refried beans
05 - 1 tin of undiluted cream of mushroom soup

→ Dairy

06 - 1/2 cup sour cream
07 - 2 1/2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese blend

→ Bread & Bakery

08 - 1 package of large flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat.
02 - Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet until the meat’s no longer pink. Drain off any grease.
03 - Combine refried beans and taco seasoning with the cooked beef, letting it heat up until it’s blended well.
04 - Mix the sour cream and mushroom soup in a separate bowl until the texture is smooth.
05 - Spoon half of the sauce mix into the bottom of your baking pan.
06 - Cover the sauce in the dish with a layer of tortillas, tearing them if necessary to make them fit.
07 - Spread out half the mixture of beef over the tortillas, then sprinkle with a cup of shredded cheese.
08 - Layer again in the same order, finishing with a generous topping of cheese.
09 - Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and fully melted.

# Notes:

01 - Let the casserole sit for about 5 minutes before serving so it’s easier to cut and portion.
