Stir milk, honey, and lavender together in a pot. Warm it up, keeping it just below boiling point.

Take the pot off the heat and let lavender sit for a couple of minutes.

Put in tea leaves and mint (if you're using it) and let them steep for an extra 2 minutes.

Strain the drink into mugs. If you'd like, froth half a cup of milk to add a latte-style foam on top.
