Lavender Milk Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups milk (any kind—plant or dairy).
02 - 1 tablespoon Earl Grey or black tea leaves.
03 - Sprig of fresh mint (optional).
04 - 1 tablespoon honey.
05 - 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir milk, honey, and lavender together in a pot. Warm it up, keeping it just below boiling point.
02 - Take the pot off the heat and let lavender sit for a couple of minutes.
03 - Put in tea leaves and mint (if you're using it) and let them steep for an extra 2 minutes.
04 - Strain the drink into mugs. If you'd like, froth half a cup of milk to add a latte-style foam on top.

# Notes:

01 - You can choose any milk you like for this.
02 - Don't let the milk boil or it might curdle.
03 - Works perfectly as a hot or iced drink.
