Korean BBQ Meatballs Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 pound of ground beef
02 - 1 egg
03 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
04 - 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
05 - 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
08 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
10 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
11 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
12 - 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Sauce with a Spicy Kick

13 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
14 - 1 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce
15 - 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
16 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
17 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Toss all the 'Meatballs' ingredients into a big mixing bowl, and stir it all together until fully combined.
02 - Scoop out portions of the meat mixture and roll into small round balls.
03 - Heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the meatballs, turning often, until they're nicely browned and evenly cooked.
04 - Grab a small bowl, and combine all the sauce ingredients. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
05 - Put the meatballs on a plate, and serve them hot with the dipping sauce on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Switch out the beef for any other ground meat if you prefer.
02 - Adjust the sriracha to make the dip as mild or fiery as you'd like.
03 - Pair these meatballs with some noodles or rice for a full meal.
