Korean Beef Sandwich (Printer-Friendly Version)

# Shopping List:

→ For the Pickled Veggie Salad

01 - 3 Lebanese cucumbers, thinly sliced
02 - 3 radishes, cut into thin circles
03 - 1 red onion, finely sliced
04 - 1 1/2 tablespoons of white rice vinegar
05 - 1 tablespoon of sugar

→ For the Sesame Mayo

06 - 1/3 cup of mayonnaise
07 - 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil
08 - A pinch of salt

→ For Assembly

09 - 8 brioche hot dog buns
10 - Fresh curly lettuce leaves
11 - 2 cups of Korean-style braised beef
12 - Toasted sesame seeds

# Let's Cook:

01 - Combine the cucumber, radishes, and red onion in a bowl with the vinegar and sugar. Let them soak for about 10 minutes, then drain the excess liquid.
02 - Stir the mayo and sesame oil together in a bowl. Add a light sprinkle of salt to taste.
03 - Spread sesame mayo on the inside of the buns. Add a layer of lettuce, followed by the braised beef. Top it all off with the pickled veggies and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
