Keto Meatloaf Dish (Print Version)

01 - 2 eggs
02 - 30 g onion, finely chopped
03 - 190 ml bacon fat
04 - 190 ml tomato paste
05 - A tiny dash of stevia
06 - 2 tbsp olive oil
07 - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1 tsp salt
09 - 1/4 tsp basil (dried)
10 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
11 - 2 tsp white vinegar (optional)
12 - 906 g ground beef

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350 °F (176 °C) to get it ready.
02 - Line your loaf tin with foil or give it a spritz of oil.
03 - Toss everything into a mixing bowl and stir it well until combined.
04 - Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and bake it for 60 to 75 minutes. It's done when the center reaches 165 °F (74 °C).
05 - Drain the extra grease, let it rest a bit, and then dig in.
