Kafta Kebabs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Produce

01 - 600 grams of lean minced beef
02 - 1 medium yellow onion, cut into quarters
03 - 1 cup of fresh parsley, cleaned and dried

→ Seasonings

04 - 1 teaspoon of salt
05 - ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
06 - ¼ teaspoon of mixed seven spices
07 - ⅛ teaspoon of cayenne (or adjust based on your preference)

# Instructions:

01 - Use a food processor to finely chop the onion and parsley together.
02 - In a big bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion-parsley, and all the spices by hand.
03 - Wrap the meat mixture onto skewers, making them about 1 to 1½ inches thick.
04 - Place on a greased grill over medium-high heat and cook for about 4 minutes per side or until done.

# Notes:

01 - Let wooden skewers soak in water for half an hour before using.
02 - Replace seven spice mix with allspice if needed.
03 - You can make burger patties instead of shaping them on skewers.
04 - Bake in the oven at 375°F for 15–20 minutes instead of grilling.
05 - Store in the fridge for up to 3–4 days or freeze for 3 months.
