01 -
Take a big microwave-safe bowl, toss in the marshmallows and butter, and heat for a minute. Give it a stir, then heat again for another minute. Mix until smooth and gooey.
02 -
Throw in the white chocolate chips and stir. Heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave, stopping to stir now and then, until you get a completely smooth texture.
03 -
Gently mix the gumdrops into the sticky marshmallow-chocolate blend until they’re spread out evenly.
04 -
Grab a 9x13 pan, lay down parchment paper, and lightly spray it with cooking oil. Let the paper hang over the edges so you can lift it out easily later.
05 -
Spoon the nougat mixture into the lined pan. Add another layer of parchment over the top, then press down with your hands to spread it out evenly.
06 -
Pop the pan in the fridge and let it chill overnight or until firm. Once it’s ready, lift the nougat out with the parchment and carefully remove it.
07 -
Slice the nougat into bite-sized pieces, then serve it up.
