Italian Croissant Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 slightly stale croissants.
02 - 4 slices of cured ham.
03 - 2 fresh tomatoes.
04 - Ricotta cheese.
05 - Fresh basil leaves.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the croissants in half and toast them in the oven or on a pan over heat.
02 - Chop the tomatoes into slices.
03 - Spread ricotta on the croissants, add a slice of ham, some tomato slices, and a few basil leaves. Close the croissant to finish.
