Peel the carrots, garlic, and onions, then slice them up into thin pieces.

Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and toss in the vegetables. Stir them for a few minutes.

Mix in the curry powder and turmeric, then season with some salt and pepper to your taste.

Pour in the coconut milk and tomato pulp. Drain the lentils and add them to the pan. Let it simmer for about 40 minutes, adding water if it gets too thick.
