Cherry Vanilla Iced Coffee (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cherry Syrup

01 - 1/2 cup water
02 - 2 cups of cherries, pitted (frozen works best)
03 - 1/2 cup of sugar or monk fruit sweetener

→ Latte

04 - 2-3 tablespoons of cherry syrup, based on taste
05 - 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
06 - 1/2 cup chilled espresso shots or cold brew coffee
07 - 2 tablespoons of your favorite vanilla almond creamer

# Instructions:

01 - In a saucepan, mix water, sweetener, and cherries over medium heat. Keep stirring and mash the cherries until the sweetener dissolves, and it starts to thicken.
02 - Pour the mixture through a strainer into a container to catch the liquid and toss out the cherries. Wait until it cools completely.
03 - Put some ice in a glass, then pour cherry syrup over it according to your preference.
04 - You can froth the creamer and almond milk together if you'd like. Then pour it into your glass.
05 - Pour the cold coffee or espresso over everything and stir it gently until it's a nice pink shade.

# Notes:

01 - If you prefer it hot, switch the cold coffee with fresh espresso.
02 - Frothing the milk gives it more creaminess, but it's not required.
