Husband Casserole Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar.
02 - 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic.
03 - 1 teaspoon of sugar.
04 - 8-ounce pack of egg noodles.
05 - 2 cans of tomato sauce, 15 ounces each.
06 - Salt and pepper, adjust to your preference.
07 - 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs.
08 - 8-ounce tub of sour cream.
09 - 8 ounces of cream cheese.
10 - 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F to warm up.
02 - Brown the ground beef and drain off the grease. Add the minced garlic, Italian herbs, tomato sauce, and sugar. Sprinkle over some salt and pepper, then let it slowly bubble for 3-5 minutes.
03 - Combine the cream cheese with the sour cream until smooth.
04 - Boil the noodles, then drain them. Grease a 9x13 pan and make layers like this: half of the noodles, half the creamy mixture, half the meat sauce. Do it again. Finish off with cheddar on top.
05 - Put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes till it's bubbling.
