Hot Honey Sausage Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar.
02 - 2 sheets puff pastry (17.3 oz box).
03 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme.
04 - 1/2 cup panko crumbs.
05 - 1 pound sage and pork breakfast sausage.
06 - Hot honey to drizzle on top.
07 - 2 large eggs, separated.
08 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard.
09 - 2 tablespoons everything bagel spice.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the oven to 400°F and line your baking tray with parchment.
02 - Stir sausage, thyme, breadcrumbs, cheese, and 1 egg until combined.
03 - Blend the leftover egg with a tablespoon of water.
04 - Unroll each pastry sheet and slice them into two long pieces.
05 - Spread sausage mix down the center. One side gets a mustard layer, the other an egg wash.
06 - Wrap pastry around filling, press seam to seal with egg wash, and place seam-side underneath.
07 - Slice into 1.5-inch pieces and score the tops lightly.
08 - Coat with egg wash, sprinkle seasoning, and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
