Honey Lime Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets, about 170 g each.
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
03 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
04 - 1 tablespoon lime juice.
05 - Zest from 1 lime.
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley.
07 - Salt, as needed.
08 - Black pepper, to taste.
09 - 2 tablespoons honey.
10 - Lime wedges for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover your baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - Pat the salmon fillets dry using paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
03 - In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, honey, lime juice, and lime zest. Stir until combined.
04 - Pour the honey-lime sauce over the fillets, making sure to coat them all evenly.
05 - Bake the salmon for 15-18 minutes, until it’s cooked through. For a golden top, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
06 - Sprinkle with the fresh parsley and immediately serve alongside lime wedges.

# Notes:

01 - You can make the sauce ahead—it keeps in the fridge for up to a week.
02 - Leftover salmon is great flaked onto salad or mixed into pasta.
03 - Want extra heat? Toss in some red pepper flakes or sriracha!
