Honey chicken and pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
02 - 1/2 cup honey.
03 - 1/4 cup soy sauce.
04 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
06 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
10 - 8 ounces macaroni pasta.
11 - 2 tablespoons butter.
12 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
13 - 2 cups milk.
14 - 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar.
15 - 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
16 - Salt.
17 - Black pepper.
18 - Chopped parsley for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Add salt and black pepper to season the chicken. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium flame, then cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden. Take it out and set aside.
02 - Using the same pan, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
03 - Slice the cooked chicken into strips, put it back into the skillet, and coat it in the honey sauce.
04 - Cook the macaroni in boiling water until al dente, then drain and keep it aside.
05 - Melt butter in a pot and stir in the flour. Gradually add the milk while stirring to keep it smooth. Cook until it thickens, then remove from heat and mix in the grated cheeses until melted. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
06 - Mix the cheesy sauce into the pasta. Plate the mac and cheese, top it with honey chicken, then sprinkle parsley before serving.
