04 - Olive oil or coconut oil - 15 g

→ Caramel Layer

08 - Peanut butter - 210 g
09 - Maple syrup - 120 g
10 - Vanilla - to taste
11 - Salt - to taste
12 - Roasted peanuts - to taste
13 - Puffed quinoa (or rice) - to taste

→ Chocolate Topping

14 - Cocoa butter (or coconut oil) - 40 g
15 - Cocoa powder - 20 g
16 - Maple syrup - 40 g
17 - Vanilla - to taste
18 - Cacao nibs - to taste
19 - Smoky flake salt - to taste
20 - Roasted peanuts - to taste

# Let's Cook:

01 - Mix the oats with a dash of cinnamon and a tiny bit of salt. In another bowl, blend the peanut butter, maple syrup, oil, and water together. Pour this wet mixture into the oats and mix it all up.
02 - Spread the mixture in a 20x20 cm rectangular pan lined with parchment paper. Chill it for 30 minutes in the fridge.
03 - Combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Toss in some roasted peanuts for extra crunch.
04 - Spread the caramel mixture over the oatmeal base. Sprinkle some puffed quinoa on top for that crispy texture.
05 - Use a double boiler to melt the cocoa butter. Once melted, stir in cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, cacao nibs, and a pinch of smoky salt.
06 - Pour the chocolate mixture over the caramel layer. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Slice them into bars and enjoy.
