Homemade granola cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main components

01 - 80 g of melted butter or coconut oil
02 - 50 g of honey or maple syrup
03 - 200 g of oats
04 - 50 g of mixed seeds (sunflower, chia, flax)
05 - 100 g of dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
06 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
07 - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C to preheat.
02 - In a large bowl, stir together the oats, dried fruits, and seeds.
03 - Pour in the melted butter or coconut oil and the honey (or maple syrup). Make sure everything is well mixed so the coating is even.
04 - Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon, giving it all another good mix.
05 - Roll the mixture into small balls, flatten them into disks, and line them up on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
06 - Bake for around 12–15 minutes, or until they're slightly golden.
07 - Leave them to cool off before you dig in.

# Notes:

01 - To make it gluten-free, pick oats labeled as gluten-free.
02 - Feel free to tweak the amount of seeds and dried fruits to your liking.
03 - For crunchier cookies, bake them for a bit longer—about 2–3 minutes.
