Set your oven to 180°C to preheat.

In a large bowl, stir together the oats, dried fruits, and seeds.

Pour in the melted butter or coconut oil and the honey (or maple syrup). Make sure everything is well mixed so the coating is even.

Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon, giving it all another good mix.

Roll the mixture into small balls, flatten them into disks, and line them up on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake for around 12–15 minutes, or until they're slightly golden.

Leave them to cool off before you dig in.
