Homemade morning biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Flour Varieties

01 - 25g of T55 flour
02 - 70g of whole-grain spelt flour
03 - 50g of rye flour

→ Dry Ingredients

04 - 10g of vanilla sugar
05 - 50g of brown sugar
06 - 100g of dark chocolate chips
07 - 30g of rolled oats
08 - 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
09 - 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (optional)

→ Wet Ingredients

10 - 2 tablespoons of honey
11 - 1 tablespoon of milk
12 - 75g of melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C to preheat.
02 - In a bowl, combine the flours, sugars, oats, and spices (if you're using them).
03 - Pour in the melted butter, honey, and milk. Stir it all together until the dough looks even.
04 - Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
05 - Using two spoons, drop small heaps of dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
06 - Pop the tray into the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden.
07 - Once baked, transfer your cookies to a cooling rack before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - If you want extra-crispy cookies, add the baking powder.
02 - A little cinnamon gives these cookies a cozy hint of spice.
