Holiday Sweet Chex Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of pretzels.
02 - 3 cups of Chex cereal (corn or rice).
03 - 2 cups of plain Cheerios.
04 - 1 cup of Christmas M&M's.
05 - 10 oz of white chocolate wafers (Ghirardelli works great).

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, toss together the Cheerios, M&M's, pretzels, and Chex.
02 - Heat the white chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring well between rounds, until it's melted. Be careful not to burn it.
03 - Drizzle the melted chocolate on the mix and keep stirring until it's evenly covered.
04 - Lay the mixture out on parchment or wax paper and let it sit for at least 15 minutes until it firms up.

# Notes:

01 - Keep it at room temp for 3 days.
02 - Freeze it for as long as 3 months.
