Fall Fruit Mix Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 red apples.
02 - 2 green apples.
03 - 1 lemon juice.
04 - 1/4 spoon apple pie spice.
05 - 3/4 cup dried cranberries.
06 - 1 orange zest.
07 - 1 lemon zest.
08 - 1 cup pecans.
09 - 1 cup grapes.
10 - 3 oranges.
11 - 1/4 cup sugar.
12 - 1/2 cup orange juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°. Spread nuts on a tray and leave them until toasty. Cool them down after.
02 - Bring orange juice, sugar, zests, and spice to a simmer in a small pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes to thicken a little.
03 - Strain the warm mixture into a bowl. Leave it to cool off.
04 - Slice apples into smaller bits. Coat them with part of the lemon juice to keep 'em fresh.
05 - Peel and chop the oranges into chunks.
06 - Grab a big bowl and toss in apples, nuts, oranges, grapes, and cranberries.
07 - Drizzle the cooled sauce over your fruit. Stir gently. Tastes best fresh!

01 - Keeps fresh in the fridge for 1-2 days.
02 - Switch it up by adding pears or pomegranate seeds!
