Set oven to 350°. Spread nuts on a tray and leave them until toasty. Cool them down after.

Bring orange juice, sugar, zests, and spice to a simmer in a small pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes to thicken a little.

Strain the warm mixture into a bowl. Leave it to cool off.

Slice apples into smaller bits. Coat them with part of the lemon juice to keep 'em fresh.

Grab a big bowl and toss in apples, nuts, oranges, grapes, and cranberries.
