Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons of honey.
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
03 - 4 ounces of softened cream cheese.
04 - 1-2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice.
05 - 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt.
06 - 1 pound of ripe strawberries.

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, blend yogurt, cream cheese, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla. Stir until super creamy. Chill it in the fridge for 15 minutes to thicken up.
02 - Rinse off your strawberries and pat them until totally dry with a towel.
03 - Take off the leafy tops, then slice each berry lengthwise into two pieces. Arrange them gently on a serving dish.
04 - With a small knife, scoop out a spot for the filling on the flat side of each berry half.
05 - Fill a plastic or piping bag with the cream mixture, cut the tip, and carefully fill each berry half. If you don’t have a bag, a small spoon works great.
06 - Want a finishing touch? Sprinkle over some crushed graham crackers or scatter mini chips for crunch.
07 - Chill them well for 15-20 minutes before you enjoy. It makes all the difference!
