Herb Citrus Cold Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 300ml plain water
02 - 300ml of hot green tea (follow instructions on the tea box)
03 - 3 tablespoons honey

→ For Serving

04 - Ice cubes

05 - 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
06 - 2cm piece of peeled ginger
07 - 1 medium lemon
08 - 4 medium oranges, squeezed (yields around 1 cup)

# Instructions:

01 - Toss peeled ginger, water, and rosemary sprigs into a pan and bring it to a boil. Switch off the heat, add honey while stirring, and let it cool with the herbs inside. Cover the mixture and refrigerate it for no less than 4 hours.
02 - Brew 300ml of green tea by following the tea pack directions. Once ready, let it cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
03 - Squeeze the juice from your oranges and lemon. Remove the rosemary and ginger from the cooled infusion. Combine the citrus juice, infused water, and cold green tea in a large jar or pitcher. Adjust the sweetness with more honey if you’d like.
04 - Fill your glasses with ice, pour in the prepared tea blend, and enjoy it chilled right away.
