Healthy breakfast cookies (Printer-Friendly Version)

# Shopping List:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 ripe bananas (about 200g)
02 - 150g of rolled oats
03 - 1 organic egg
04 - 50g of dried fruit mix (cranberries and raisins)
05 - 40g of seed mix (pumpkin and flax seeds)
06 - 30g of almond butter
07 - 1 tablespoon of almond flour
08 - Ground cinnamon to taste
09 - A small pinch of salt

# Let's Cook:

01 - Turn on the oven and preheat it to 180°C.
02 - Use the back of a fork to mash both bananas.
03 - Add the egg and almond butter to the mashed bananas. Stir everything together.
04 - Pour in the oats, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt. Combine everything well.
05 - Stir in the dried fruit mix and seeds. Mix one final time.
06 - Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop up a tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball, place it on the tray, and flatten it. Repeat this until all the mixture is used up.
07 - Pop the tray into the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
08 - Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool before enjoying.
