Turn on the oven and preheat it to 180°C.

Use the back of a fork to mash both bananas.

Add the egg and almond butter to the mashed bananas. Stir everything together.

Pour in the oats, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt. Combine everything well.

Stir in the dried fruit mix and seeds. Mix one final time.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop up a tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball, place it on the tray, and flatten it. Repeat this until all the mixture is used up.

Pop the tray into the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
