Cheesy Breakfast Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Defrosted frozen hashbrowns (16 ounces)
02 - Ground turkey or pork sausage (1 pound)
03 - Shredded sharp cheddar (2 cups)
04 - Six large eggs
05 - Half cup of milk or cream
06 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - Half teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and butter up a 7x11 or 9x9 dish.
02 - Brown the sausage in a skillet on medium-high, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain off the grease.
03 - Beat together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
04 - Add the hashbrowns as the first layer, followed by the sausage and cheddar cheese. Pour the egg blend right on top.
05 - Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden and eggs are set. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
