Hamburger Vegetable Stew (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Flavors

01 - 1 onion, finely diced
02 - 1 pound of ground beef
03 - 2 garlic cloves, crushed

→ Veggies

04 - 1 cup diced potatoes
05 - 1 cup chopped green beans
06 - 1 cup corn kernels
07 - 1 cup sliced carrots

→ Seasoning & Mix

08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon parsley, dried
10 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
11 - 1 teaspoon salt
12 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
13 - 10.5 ounces of cream of mushroom soup

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground beef in a pan, drain the grease once done.
02 - Mix in the onion and garlic with the beef, cook until soft and fragrant.
03 - Put the beef, veggies, seasonings, and soup into the slow cooker.
04 - Set the slow cooker to LOW for 6-8 hours, cooking the veggies until tender.
05 - Add the cheddar cheese in the last 30 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes before eating.

# Notes:

01 - You can chop the veggies ahead of time.
02 - Good in the fridge for 3-4 days.
03 - This can be frozen for about 3 months.
