Boil pasta following the package instructions, then drain it well.

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

Heat a large skillet, then brown the ground beef with some garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Break it up as it cooks.

Add your cooked pasta, tomato soup, water, and half of the cheese into the skillet with the ground beef. Stir and let it cook over medium heat for a couple of minutes.

Transfer everything from the skillet into the greased dish, then sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and cook another 10 minutes. For a crispy top, broil the cheese for the last few minutes.

Enjoy right away, and refrigerate any leftovers for up to three days.
