Ham cheese quiche (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pre-made pie crust.
02 - 150g of cooked ham, diced.
03 - 100g of shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or Gruyère).
04 - 4 eggs.
05 - 240ml of milk or cream.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional).
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or chives (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 190°C and get the pie crust into a 23 cm tart pan.
02 - Blind bake the crust for 10 minutes using baking weights.
03 - Scatter the diced ham over the crust, then sprinkle on the shredded cheese.
04 - Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg together until smooth.
05 - Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese in the crust.
06 - Bake for 35-40 minutes until the filling is firm and golden.

# Notes:

01 - Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
02 - Keeps fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days.
03 - Feel free to add sautéed veggies if you’d like.
